recorded in Book 5 of Page 64 mf Mapa, being a portion of the easterly five
feet of the land described in the deed to Woodford Lee Stumbo and Marion Mae
Stumbo, husband and wife, recorded April 2, 1970 in Volume 1559, at Page
686 of Official Records, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said property said point being
the northeasterly corner of the pvoperty described in a deed to Frank Garacci
and Jacqueline Fay Garacci, huaband and wife, recorded March 29,1976 in Volume
1887, at Page 614 of Official Records;
thence North 3°22'30" East along hhe easterly line of said property, 79.00
feet more leas to the point of intersection of said easterly line and the south-
erly prolongation of the westerly line of the pooperty described in deed to Kenneth
R. Levine and Gabriele Z. Levine, husband and wife, recorded September 11, 1967 in
Volume"_1448, at Page 268 of Official Records;
thence South 32°12'00" West along said southerly prolongation, 10.36 feet
more or less, to the point of interaectionnof said southerly prolongation and a
line that is both parallel with and 5.00 feet westerly of, measured at right angles,
the easterly line.of said property;
thence South 3°22'30" West along the aforementioned 5.00 foot offaet line,
69.97 feet more or less to the southerly line of said property;
