EXHIBIT "A"
An easement for water storage and appurtenances, access and utility purposes
with the right of ingress and egress, under, upon, over and across a portion
of Parcel 2, as per Parcel Map No. AG-72-276 filed in Book 9, Page 62 of
Parcel Maps in the off3ce of the Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of said Parcel 2, distant
thereon North 41 West 195.00 feet from the northwest corner of Lot 15,
Tract No. 577 recorded in Volume 9, Page 2 of Maps in the office of the
Recorder of said County; thence,
lst; North 41 West 75.00 feet along said southwesterly line of
Parcel 2; thence,
2nd: North 63 East 72.30 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and distant 70.00 feet, measured at right angles, from
said southesterly line of Parcel 2; thence,
3rd: South 41 East 170.00 feet along said parallel line; thence,
4th: South 89 East 68.05 feet to an intersection with the north-
westerly prolongation of the northeasterly right-of-way line of Miller Way
as shown on the map of said Tract No. 577 as having a bearing of "North 32
02'44" West"; thence,
Sth: South 32 East 50.00 feet along said prolongated line to the
northwesterly boundary of said Tract No. 577; thence,

to an intersection with a line parallel with and distant 50.00 feet, measured
