April 30, 1886 in Book A, Page 157 of Maps, County of San Luis Obispo,
California, leacribed as follows:
Beginning at a fl" x 6" concrete monument as shown on California Division
of Highways Right-of Way map known as 05-SIA-101 Sheet 3 of 32, Files
at the California Division of Highways office for District 5 in San Luis
Obispo, said monument being 315. 00 feet right of station 48+20, 00 as
shown on said map; thence along the northerly line of Parcel three of
said map S57° 30'44"E, 271, 34 feet to a 1 1/2" �alvanized pipe being the
most westerly corner of a parcel of land conveyed per Book 1739, page
789; thence N32° 32'49"E, 49.97 feet to the most northerly corner of said
conveyed parcel; thence along the northeasterly line of said conveyed
parcel S57° 29'23 "E, 15. 69 feet to the true point of beginning; thence on

California, described as follows:
Beginning at point "A" of Parcel "1" above; thence N6° 05'51 "W, 15. 00
feet to the true point of beginning; thence along the centerline of a 15
foot water line easement the following bearings and distances:
S83°54'09"W, 346.02 feet;
N59° 28'45"W, 365, 95 feet to the existing easterly right-
of-way line of Oak Park Boulevard as described per Book 148, Page
