EXHIBIT A
Parcel "1" Waterline Easement
A 10 foot easement for waterlines and incidental purposes over a portion of
Lot 13 of Tract 604, Oak Park Acres according to map recorded August 24, 1977
in Book 9, Page 39 of MAPS, County of San Luis Obispo, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at Point "A" of Parcel "1", an existing sewer easement, as de-
scribed in Book 2002, Page 471 of Official Records, said point being located
523 1671.95 feet from P.C. 273 (a found fence corner) per A-MAPS-157
and 9-MAPS-39; thence along the easterly side of said existing sewer easement
N06�05'51"W, 8.13 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the center-
line of said 10 foot waterline easement, said centerline being 5 feet south
of and parallel to the southerly most line of Lot 12 of 9-MAPS-39, N83
338.81 feet to the terminus point of said easement.
Parcel "2" Sewerline Easement
A 10 foot easement for sewerlines and incidental purposes over a portion
of Lot 13 of Tract 604, Oak Park Acres according to map recorded August 24,
1977 in Book 9, Page 39 of MAPS, County of San Luis Obispo, California, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at a point being S31 16.60 feet from the southwesterly
corner of Lot 12 of 9-MAPS-39; thence along the centerline�of said 10 foot
sewerline easement, said centerline being 5 feet west of and parallel to the
westerly most line of said Lot 12,N14�05'02"E, 470.03 feet; thence N21�42'31"E,
37.69 feet to a terminus point "B" on the westerly most lot line of said Lot
12, said terminus point "B" being 491.55 feet distant from the southwesterly
corner of said Lot 12.
Together with a parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at the terminus point "B" described herein and thence along the
westerly most lot line of said Lot 12�N14 37.69 feet; thence 5 feet
westerly of and parallel to the prolongation of the said centerline 521�42'31"W,
37.35 feet; thence S68�17'29"E, 5.00 feet to the point of beginning (terminus
