FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, PATRICK L. FAGAN
and JOAN FAGAN, Husband and Wife, hereinafter referred to as
Grantors, hereby grant to the City of Arroyo Grande,
California, a Municipal corporation, hereinaPter referred
to as Grantee, an easement as hereinafter described.
The easement is granted for use as a public roadway and
for the further purpose of installing utilities, including both
sewer and telephone, over, on, and across real property of
Grantors as hereinafter described for the benefit of Grantee.
This easement shall include the incidental right to maintain and
repair any roadway or utilities, including sewer and telephone,
installed on the property.
The real property of Grantors subject to this easement is
more particularly described as being portions of Lots 4 and 5
of the LaBelle Tract in the City of Arroyo Grande, County o£
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to Map recorded
December 15, 1888, in Book A, Page 142 of Maps, and further
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of the land
described in the deed to the State of California,

recorded November 24, 1954 in Book 780, Paqe 379 of
Official Records, which point is distant North 32°16'20"
East, 90.00 feet from Engineer's Station 20+50.00
P.O.T. "N" on the center line of the Department of
Public Works survey for State Highway between Arroyo
Grande and Pismo Beach filed in State Highway Map Book „
Pages 414 to 419 inclusive, in the oPfice of the County
Recorder of said County; thence North 56°17'44" West,
308.63 feet; thence North 3°56'09" East, 57.60 feet;
thence South 56°17'44" East, 336.07 feet; thence South
58°57'19" East 527.93 feet; thence South 26°51'll"
West, 50.13 feet to the Northerly line of the land
described in the deed to the State of Cali£ornia above
referred to thence North 58°57'19" West along said
Northerly line, 532.75 feet to the point of beginning.
The easement granted herein shall bind and inure to
the benefit of the respective parties and their successors,
whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed
at Los Angeles, California on May22', , 1979.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the fnterest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant deed dated May 22, 1979
from PATRICK L. AND JOAN FAGAN, Husband and Wife
to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 453, recorded the 26th
day of August, 1960, in Volume 1081, Official Records, Page 344,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
