portion of Le Point Terrace (vacated) that �aould pass by a conveyance of Lots ].0 and
11 under Section 1112 of the Civil Code, as said vacated portion is set forth in
Resolution by the City of Arroyo Grande, recorded May 22, 1964 in Book 1298, Page 503
of Official Records and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of the above described parcel; thence north-
westerly along the easterly line of said parcel 20 feet; thence westerly at right
angles to the last described line 10 feet; thence southeasterly and parallel with
the easterly line of said vacated portion of Le Point Terrace to the southeasterly
line thereof; thence along said southeasterly line to the point of beginning.
