A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR ROADWAY
PURPOSES.

LJHEREAS, Arroyo Grande Parcel Map AG-74-275 recorded on December 5,
1974, in Book 16 of San Luis Obispo County Recorder's Official Parcel Maps,
at Page 42, offered to dedicate a fifty-nine foot (59') wide parcel for
roadway purposes, pursuant to that certain written Offer of Dedication
dated October 7, t974 and recorded in Volume 1806, at Page 751 of San Luis
Obispo County Official Records; and,
WHEREAS, by its terms, said Offer of Dedication provided that it
would be irrevocable and that a government entity might at any time in the
future accept said Offer of Dedication of the public right of way;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the Offer of Dedication made in Parcel Map AG-74-275 above
referred to is hereby accepted.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member
de Leon and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council_Members Pope,-Gallagher, de Leon, Smith and- Mayor Miilis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24th day of July, 1979•
