An easement for drainage and incidental purposes over that portion of Lot 5 of the �
Folsom Tract, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to map filed September 26, 1891 in Book B at Page 75 of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said county, being a strip of land 10 feet
in width and lying 5 feet on each side of the following described line:
Cortunencing at a 1" iron pipe tagged LS 4001 at the intersection of the Southerly line
of Linda Drive and the Easterly line of Parcel B as shown on Parcel Map AG-78-59 filed
in Book 25 of Parcel Maps at Page 87, records of said county, said pipe also shown on
Map filed in Book 34 of licensed surveys at Page 93;
Thence along the Southerly line of Linda Drive as shown on said Survey Map South�68�
56' 19" East, 53.68 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence South 21 10' 26" West 362.16 feet, more or less to the Northerly line of
Grand Avenue, the side lines of the easement being lengthened or shortened so as to
terminate in the Southerly line of Linda Drive and the Northerly line of Grand Avenue.
The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shalf continue to be held by said Trustee under the terms
thereof. As provided in said Deed oF Trust this Partial Reconveyance is made wi[houf affecting the personal liabilitia of
any person for payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust.
