That portion of Lot 106 of the Subdivisions of the Ranchos Corral
de Piedra, Pismo'and Bolsa de Chamisal, in the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according
to map filed for record in Book A, at Page 65 of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at post G-11 set at the most Northerly corner of Lot
5 of the Folsom Tract, according to map filed for record in Book
B, at Page 75 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County; thence South 68 East 30.00 feet alonq the
Northerly line of said Lot 5; thence North 21 East 25..43
feet; thence South 89 West 28.58 feet; thence South 34
13'37" West 15.16 feet to the point of beginning and containing
560 square feet, more or less, all as shown on a Record of Survey
filed in Book 34 of Licensed Surveys at Page 93, in the office
of the �ounty Recorder of said County. �
