the deed or grant deed dated May 1, 1980, from David H. Loomis, Claudia C.
Loomis, Dr. J. 0. Pence, Jeraldine Pence, Andrew David, Margaret L. David,
Chester D. Porter, Peggy W. Porter, Robert H. Hizey, and Carolyn J. Hizey,
to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, is hereby accepted
