FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, THE ARROYO GRANDE CEMETERY DISTRICT hereby
grants to the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a municipal Corporation,
the following real property in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California described as
follows:
All those portions of Lot 106 of the Ranchos Corral De Piedra,
Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal, subdivided by Jas T. Stratton,
C.E., September, 1873 in the County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, according to map thereof recorded in Book A,
Page 65 of Maps in the O£fice of the County Recorder of said
county, described as follows:
Beginning at post G-11 at the Northeast corner of Lot 7 of
the Folsom Tract according to the map thereof filed for record
in the Office of the County Recorder of said County in Book
"B" of Maps at page 75; thence North 68°16'46" West 30.00 feet
along the Northerly line of said Lot 7; thence North 21
East 111.85 feet to a tangent curve to the right having a ra-
dius of 170.00 feet; thence along said curve through a central
angle of 38°53'49" a distance of 115.41 feet to the Southwest-
erly line of Bennett Avenue (designated as Walnut Street on a
Record of Survey recorded in Book 12 of Licensed Surveys at
Page 97 of the official records of said County); thence South
33°11'22" East 44.95 feet to Post A-24; thence South 34°13'37"
West 197.73 feet to the point of beginning, all as shown on a
Record of Survey filed in Book 34 of Licensed Surveys at Page
93, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, and
containing an area of 10,231 square feet, more or less.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the�interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant deed dated June 16, 1980 ,
from Arroyo Grande Ceroetery District
to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted in aceordance with Resolution No. 453, recorded the 26th
day of August, 1960, in VoPume 1081, Official Records, Page 344,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
