Grande an easerient to maintain and repair, including any replacements
de:emed necessary by the City of Arroyo Grande, an existing storm
dr.ain, situated within the hereinbelow described parcel of real
property. Any replacemer:t storm drain shall be placed in the
same location as the existing storm drain and shall not exceed
the size of the existing drain.
