TAIS DECLARATION made one this 19th day of JUne 1981 by
JAMES E. JOHNSON and MARY E. JOHNSON, husband and wife and JACK W. SCHLICHTING, a
married man as his sole and separate property, the record owners of the following
described real property situate in the City of Arroyo Grande , County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to-wit;
Lots l, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Block A of the Le Point Addition to the
Town of Arroyo Grande, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, according to Map filed for record
March 2, 1903 in Book B at Page 7 of Maps.
WITNESSETH
WIIEREAS, it is the desire of the Record owners above named to create a perpetual
easement for drainage and incidental purposes on, over, across and along the following

The Northwesterly ten feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Book A of the
Le Point Addition to the City of Arroyo Grande, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to Map filed for
record March 2, 1903 in Book B at Page 7 of Maps.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned as such record owner� hereby declares that the
said Easement is created for the benefit of and appurtenant to Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and
6 in Block A of the Le Point Addition to the Town of Arroyo Grande, in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to Map filed
for record March 2, 1903 in Book B at Page 7 of Maps and shall inure to the Benefit
of and may be used by all persons who may hereafter become the Owners of said appurtenant
