THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant deed dated April 7, 1982
from Reuben D. Kvidt, General Partner, Oak Park Acres (A California
Limited Partnership)
to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 453, recorded the 26th
day of August, 1960, in Volume 1081, Official Records, Page 344,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

PARTNERSHIP GRANT DEED
OAK PARK ACRES, a limited partnership, organized under the laws of the State of
California, with its principal place of business in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, hereinafter called GRANTOR, does
hereby grant unto the City of Arroyo Grande, in the County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEE,
a perpetual 15 foot wide sewer easement for the construction, operation, main-
tenance, repair and replacement of a sanitary sewer main and appurtenant struc-
tures, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from, over, through
and under, that certain parcel of land described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 14 of Parcel Map No. AG 79-840, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the
map thereof, recorded October 3, 1980, in Book 29 of Parcel Maps,
and Page 79,of said County.
The centerline of said 15 foot sewer easement is more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of Lot 1 of said Parcel Map
No. AG79-840, said corner being also an angle point in the boundary
line of Lot 14 of said Parcel Map No. AG 79-840; thence North 11°
32'21" East, along the westerly line of said Lot 1, a distance of
42.40 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 16°40'00"
West, a distance of 82.03 feet; thence North 26°15'00" East, a dis-
tance of 167.00 feet; thence North 39°15'00" East, a distance of
117.00 feet; thence North 46°33'00" East, a distance of 208.09 feet;
thence South 57°24'52" East, a distance of 49.21 feet to a point on
the northerly line of said Lot 1; said point being South 64'54'29"
East, a distance of 20.15 feet from the most northerly corner of said
Lot 1, as measured along the northerly line of said Lot 1; said point
being also the terminal point of this description.
The boundaries of this easement, being 7.50 feet each side of the
previously described centerline, shall be shortened or lengthened
as dictated by their intersection with the boundary lines of said
Lot 1.
This easement shall be a convenant running with the land and shall be binding on
the GRANTOR, its agents, assigns, representatives, licensees, tenants, and succes-
sors.
In witness thereof, GRANTOR has caused its partnership name to be subscribed, and
signed by the General Partner this 7th day of April , 1982.
