to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 453, recorded the 26th
day of August, 1960, in Volume 1081, Official Records, Page 344,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

Dedication of Easement for Sewerline Purposes
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, James Way
Center, a limited partnership, being owners of Parcels "A" and "B" of Parcel
Map No. AG 79-838, recorded in Book 31 of Parcel Maps at Page 47 in the office
of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, California, do hereby offer to dedicate
to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, an easement for sewerline
purposes over a portion of said Parcels "A" and "B", more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Parcel "A", thence
south 69°44'56" east along the southerly line of said Parcel "A",
a distance of 35.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing south 69°44'56" east 10.00 feet; thence leaving said
southerly line, north 20°15'04" east, 13. 00 feet; thence north
69°44' 56" west, 55.00 feet; thence south 20°15'04" west, 10.00
feet; thence south 69°44'56" east, 45.00 feet; thence south
20°15'04" west, 3.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
