Dedication of Easement for Waterline Purposes
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, James Way Center,
a limited partnership, being owners of Parcel "B" of Parcel Map No. AG 79-838, record-
ed in Book 31 of Parcel Maps at Page 47 in the office of the San Luis Obispo County
Recorder, California, do hereby offer to dedicate to the City of Arroyo Grande an ease-
ment for waterline purposes over a portion of said Parcel "B", more particularly describ-
ed as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Parcel "B"; thence north
16°38 '01" east along the westerly line of said Parcel "B" a distance of
3. 00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing north 16°
38'01" east, 10. 00 feet; thence leaving said westerly line, south 73°
21'59" east, 70. 00 feet; thence south 16°38'01" west, 10.00 feet; thence
north 73°21'59" west, 70.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
