EXHIBIT A
An easement over across and under the below-described property for
the purpose of constructing, building and maintaining underground drainage
facilities, including the right to maintain, repair and replace said
facilities as necessary.
A portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map AG-76-162 in the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, recorded January 24,
1977, in Book 22, Page 11 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder
of said county and being a portion of Lot 7, Block 6 of the Fair Oaks Tract,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Parcel 1, said corner
being on the East property line of Walnut Street and on the northerly
line of said Parcel 1;
thence, South 68° 59' 31" East along the northerly line of said
Parcel i, a distance of 71.84 feet;
thence, South 21° 00' 44" West, 2.60 feet;
thence, North 84° 09' 57" West, 57.83 feet to a point on the East
property line of Walnut Street; said point begin on a curve of a 42.00
foot radius, non-tangent curve, concave to the Southwest, whose center
bears South 66° 49' 36" West;
thence, northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of
21° 14' 32" a distance of 15.57 feet along the East property line of
Walnut Street;
thence, North along the East property line of Walnut Street, a
distance of 9.44 feet to the point of beginning.

conveyed by the deed or grant deed dated Se�temher 7_ 1982 ,
from Elizabeth Van Gorder, who acquired title as Elizabeth M. MacDowell,
a married wanan as her sole and separate property
to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 453, recorded the 26th
day of August, 1960, in Volume 1081, Official Records, Page 344,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
