EXHIBIT "A"
An easement over across and under the below described property for
the purpose of building and or constructing as necessary a drainage
facility and appurtenances, including but not limited to the right
to maintain, repair and replace any and all drainage structures and as
otherwise be necessary to maintain said easement.
A portion of Lot 10 of the Folsom Tract, in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, according to Map of said Folsom Tract
made by A.F. Parsons, August 1891, filed for record September 26,
1891 in Book B, Page 75 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 10 in said folsom Tract,
said corner being G-25;
thence, North 20° 56' 43" East along the easterly line of said
Lot 10, a distance of 11.93 feet;
thence, North 84° 09' 57" West, 45.58 feet to the southerly line
of said Lot 10;
thence, South 68° 59' 31" East along the southerly line of said
Lot 10, a distance of 44.00 feet to the point of beginning.
