An easernent over across and under the below described property for the
purpose of building and/or constructfng as necessary a drainage facility
and appurtenances, including but not limited to the right to maintain,
repair and replace any and all drainage structures and as otherwise be
necessary to maintain said easertient.
A portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map AG-70-34 in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, recorded April 15, 1970 in
Book 4 at Page 66 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
said county and being a portion of Lot 8 of the Foisan Tract, described as
