of California, as per map thereof recorded in Book "B",
Page 78 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 34
of said Map, said point being True Point of Beginning; thence,
Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 34,
32.00 feet to a point� thence, leaving said lot line, South—
easterly and parallel 32.00 feet to the Southwesterly line of
said Map, to a point on the Southeasterly line of Lot 32 of
said map; thence, Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line
of said Lot 32, 32.00 feet to a point on the Southwesterly
