FORREST FAIR OAKS PROJECT, CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE Document No. AG-2 , in the form of a Grant Deed covering the property particularly described therein, has been executed and delivered to Timothy J. Smith, Right of Way Agent, acting on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation of the State of California. In consideration of which, and the other considerations hereinafter set forth, it is mutually agreed as follows: 1. The parties have herein set forth the whole of their agreement. The performance of this agree- ment constitutes the entire consideration for said document and shall relieve the City of all further obligation or claims on this account, or on account of the location, grade or construction of the pro- posed public improvement. 2. The City of Arroyo Grande shall: (a) Within sixty days therefrom pay the under- signed grantor the sum of $ 3.800.00 for the property or rights as conveyed by the Grant Deed No. p�_� , when title to said property vests in the City of Arroyo Grande, subject to all matters of record. 3. Permission is hereby granted to the City and/or its agents, or contractor to enter upon Grantor's property as necessary, to perPorm the above described work. 5.
