STORM DRAIN
DESCRIPTION
A 25.00 foot wide strip of land over portions of Lot 104
of Stratton's Subdivision of the Ranchos Corral De Piedra,
Pismo, and Bolsa de Chemisal, according to the map filed
in Book A of Maps at Page 65, and Lots 11 and 12 of Lowe's
Addi.tion to the Town of Arroyo Grande, according to the map
filed in Sook B of Maps at Page 8, all in the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, California, the centerline
of said strip is described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the westerly line of the land
described as Parcel 1 in the deed to the City of Arroyo
Grande recorded, December 7, 1981, in Volume 2373 of
Official Records at Page 932, distant thereon southerly
along a curve concave to the east with a radius of 188,00 feet,
through a central angle of 19 16' 02" for a distance of
63.22 feet from the southerly terminus of that course
recited in said deed as "South 23 51' S9" West 129.09 feet";
thence, leaving said westerly line, N 84 24' 00" W. (on a
non—radial bearing) 52.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence, N 88 21' 30" W. 130.00 feet; thence,
N 65 11' 00" W. 90.00 feet; thence,
N 51 40' 00" W. 140.00 feet to the center of Arroyo Grande
Creek. The side lines of said easement, at the easterly
end, are to be shortened or Lengthened, as necessary, in
order to intersect the westerly right of way line of Station
Way.

from Mid Coast Land Company, Inc., a California corporation
to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 453, record�d the 26th
day of August, 1960, in Volume 1081, Official Records, Page 344,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
