Attorney's Fees. In the event of any controversy, claim or dispute relating to this instru�ent or the breach thereof, the prevailino party shall be entitled to recover from the losing party reasonable expenses, attorney's fees and costs. 10. Bindin Effect. This instrument shall bind and inure to the benefit o t e respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and as.signs of the parties hereto. • 11.
