That portion of Lots 26 and 27 of the Resubdivision of
the Ranchos Corral de Piedra; Pismo, and Bolsa de Chemisal, in
the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, California,
as described in the deed to Juan B. Soto, et ux, recorded in
Book 1189 at Page 292 of Official Records, lying westerly of the
following described line:
Commencing at the intersection of Mason Street centerline and
Le Point Street reference line as shown on the Record of
Survey map recorded in Book 16 of Licensed Surveys at
Page 74 (said reference line bearing N.61°E., as shown
on said map and being the Basis of Bearings for this
description);
Thence, along the Construction centerline of Tally Ho Road
as shown on the map entitled "City of Arroyo Grande
Right of Way Map - Tally Ho Road" on file in the
Arroyo Grande City Engineer's Office, N.59°36'44"E.,

An easement for drainage purposes and all uses incident
thereto over a portion of the land conveyed to Juan B. Soto
and Betty L. Soto by deed recorded June 26, 1962 in Book 1189,
at Page 292 of Official Records, and described as a 10 foot wide
strip of land lying 5 feet on each side of the following described
line:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said land of
Soto, distant thereon 5.28°09'E., 70 feet from the
northwesterly corner thereof;
Thence, 5.38°49'41"E., 192 feet, more or less, to the easterly
line of said land of Soto.
PARCEL 101-2
An easement for roadway slopes and slope retaining
structures, together with the right to enter from time to time
for the purposes of maintaining and/or repairing said structures,
and for other appurtenant purposes, over the southeasterly 40 feet,
measured at right angles to adjacent Le Point Street, of the land
conveyed to Juan B. Soto and Betty L. Soto by deed recorded June 26,
1962, in Book 1189, at Page 292 of Official Records.

The grantors further understand that the present intention
of the grantee is to construct and maintain a public street on
the lands hereby conveyed in fee and the grantors, for themselves,
their successors and assigns, hereby waive any claims for any and
all damages to grantors' remaining property contiguous to the
property hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping or maintenance of said street.
