No. 1889 of said City Coundl adopted on September 10, 1985, and the Caty consents to tecvtr]ation

CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING (�RTAIN
REAL PROPERTY DBEDED BY ARMAND B. CARPENTIER
AND HERTHA M. CARPENTIER AND AUI'HOR7ZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECVTE A CERTIFICATE OF
ACCEPTANCE (GOVERNMENT CADE SECI'ION 2�281}
�VI-iER&AS, the City has entered into an Agreement to purchase a portion of a paccel of
real Froperty fcom Am�and B. Cacpenticr and Hertha M, Cazpeatier, and;
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to eaecute a Cectificatc of Acceptance befoce the
deed may be cecorded.
NOW,'I'I-IEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Councilof the City of Anoyo Grande
as follows:
1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to ezecute on behalf of the City a Certificate of
Acceptance of real property fc� Amoand B, Cacpeatier and Hertha M. Carpentier in
substantially the fo� and content shown on Eshibit "A" attached hereto, and the
Certificate of Acceptance may be recorded similtaneovsly with the recordation of tho
Grant Deed.
On motion of Council Membec Gallagber, seconded by Councs't Member
N.00ts, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gallaghec and Moots and Mayor Smith
NOES: Council Members Johnson and Porter
ABSENT: Nune
