'�his EASEf4ENT DEED is made on the dates reflected
at the end thereof, between ELTON HALL and FLORENCE HALL,
Husband and NTife, hereinafter referred to as the Grantors,
and the CITY OF ARROYQ ARANDE, a Political Corporation, here-
inafter referred to as the Grantee.
NIHEREAS, the Grantor is the owner in fee simple of
the real property located in the City of Arroyo Grande,
California, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 27 of TRACT NO. 186, IN THE CITY OF
ARROvO GRANDE, COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
STATE OF CLAIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO
RECORDED rOVEMBEFc 3, 1960 in BOOK 6,
PAGE 52 OF T4APS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE
CQrTplmy RF'CQRDET.? OF SAID COUNTY.
AT7D WHEREP.S, the Grantee is desirous of obtaining an
Easement across the real property of the Grantors for the
purpose of installing, maintaining, repairina, and replacina
a sanitary sewer;
AND WHEREAS, the Grantee agrees to save Grantors
harmless from any and all liability of any and every type
arising out of the Crantee's activities on said Ea�emeni.;
NOW THEREFORE, this Deed witner�seth that in considera-
ti.on o.f. the mutual p.rc�aises herein above set forth, the Grantors
i�ereby grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assians an
Easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, across, under and
upon that property described as follows:
A strip of land 15.00 feet in width across the
westerly portion of the property described
herein, identical to the public utilities
and drainage easement shown on the Map of
Tract No. 186, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to Map recorded November 3, 1960
in Book 6, Page 52 of D1aos, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County.
