A ten (10) foot wide strip of land over and across that Portion of
Lot 1, Block A, of the LePoint Addition to the CIty of Arroyo Grande
and recorded in Map Book B, at page 7 and the abandoned Pacific
Coast Railway right of way conveyed to John K. Sprague, et. ux.,
recorded May 22, 1961, in volume 1124 at page 482 of the Official
Records, both in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencinq at the most easterly corner of said Lot 1;
Thence S. 61 W., along the northwesterly line of May Street, 50
feet wide, 145.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence N. 56 W., 71.58 feet more or less to the northwesterly
line of said Railway riqht of way.
The sidelines of said easement are to be lengthened or shortened
to terminate at said northwesterly lines of May Street and the
Railroad rights of ways.
Said Easement is for Drainage purposes.
