a fuhu�e developer oY the percel oP land over which the easert�ent lies proposes to 5npiement an
acceptable, alternative resolution of stam water conveyance acraes the Tama property with
development. 1n the event the City qiritclairts the easement baek to Tana, the Clty wDl either abe►xbn
