THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer of Dedication deed dated February 24,
1987, from Oak Park Acres, and said offer was presented conceptually to
the City Council at its regular meeting of February 10, 1987, and said
offer to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, was considered
and Exhibit "G" within said offer was accepted in accordance with Resolution
No. 453, recorded the 26th day of August, 1960, in Volume 1081, Official
Records, Page 344, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee
consents to recordation thereof, and Exhibits "A" through "F" inclusive and Exhibit "H"
were rejected without prejudice to future acceptance.

IRREVOCABLE AND PERPETUAL OFFER OF DEDICATION
The undersigned, Oak Park Acres, a Limited Partnership, dces hereby
irrevocably offer for dedication to the City of Arroyo Grande and to the
public, easements for drainage purposes over those strips of land
described in Exhibit's "A" through "F" inclusive and the parcel
described in Exhibit "H" and for sewer purposes over the strips of land
described in Exhibit "G" which Exhibits are attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
