1891 in Book B, Page 75 of maps in the offi�e of the County Recorder af San Luis IIbispo
County, State of California described as follows:
Lying 15 feet westerly, southerly and westerly of the following described courses:
Beginning at a point along the easterly line of Lot 11 of said Grand Avenue Tract, said
point is 275.75 feet north of the southeast corner of said Tract; thence northerly along
the east line of lots 11,9,and 4,said east line is being also the east line of said Tract,
approximately 1,020 feet; thence leaving said east line, westerly and at right angle to
said east line, approximately 285 feet; thence northerly and parallel to said east line to
a point along the southerly line of the property conveyed to the City of Arroyo Grande, by
deed recorded November 27, 1978 in Volume 2116 at page 523 of Deeds.
