Road and Via La Barranca, said monument is tagged R.C.E. 8977 as shown in Book 9, Page 19
of Maps, records of said County, State of California; thence North SS 45' 00" West, 20.00
feet to a point along the centerline of Via La Barranca; thence North 34 15' 00" East,
119.05 feet along the old Northwesterly right-of-way line of Tally Ho Road to a point,
said point being the True Point of Beginning; thence North 55 29' SO" West, 20.00 feet;
thence North 36 13' O1" East, 141.80 feet to a point, said point being the most Southerly
corner of Parcel 1 of Parcei Map AG 79-113 as shown in Book 31, Page 40 of Parcel Maps in
the Office of the �ounty Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, State of California; thence
South SS 30' 00" East, 23.31 feet to a point along the Northwesterly right-of-way line
of Tally Ho Road; thence Southwesterly along said Northwesterly right-of-way line to the
