de Piedra, Pisrvo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the Covnty of San Luis Obispo, California,
according to the map filed in Book A of Maps at Page 63, records of said County, lying
nor[herly of the northerly line of the right of way conveyed to the County of San�Luis
Obispo by deed recorded February 21, 1947, in Volume 434 of Official Records at Page 357,
and lying southerly of the larid conveyed to said County by deed recorded January 28, 1965,
in Volume 1335 of Official Records at Page 276.
Reserving unto the grantors a 10.00 foot wide easement for their existing waterline�
the centerline being described as follows:
Beginning at a point, 1 1/2" Iron Pipe with brass cap tagged SLO-RW, said point being
the westerly terminus of a curve concave northerly having a radius of 958.00 feet and an
arc distance of 200.36 feet, said curve being the northerly line of the property conveyed
to the County of San Luis Obispo per Volume 1335, page 276 of Official Records; thence
south 70 east, 51.04 feet to a point; thence south 3 east to a point along
the southerly line of the property conveyed to said County and said Official Records, said
point being the true point of beginning; thence south 3 east to a point along the
northerly line of the property conveyed to said County in Volume 434, page 357 of Official
Records. �
