That portion of Lot 26 of the resubdivision of a part of the Ranchos Corral de
Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal in Book A, at Page 63, of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder, City of Arroyo 6rande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California described as follows;
Beginning at the most easterly corner of the property conveyed by Patricia E.
Lauthbury to Fred W. Weber and Patricia L. Weber, as described in the deed
recorded March 31, 1977, in Book 1967, at Page 573, of Official Records;
Thence S 34° 28' 53" W, along the southeasterly line of said property, 22.00
feet;
Thence easterly to the centerline of James Way from which the Point Of
Beginning bears N 55° 31' 07" W;
Thence N 55° 31' 07" W, 22.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The purpose of this Quitclaim is to dedicate to the City of Arroyo Grande that
property on which street improvements have been installed as a part of said
Weber property development.
A sketch of said easement is attached as Exhibit "A".
