OFFER TO DEDICATE

THIS IRREVOCABLE AND PERPETUAL OFEER TO DEDICATE is made
effective the [/� day of February, 1987 by the undersigned,
hereinafter termed "Offeror":
WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an offer to dedicate,
irrevocably, to the public, the interests hereinafter described,
which offer may be accepted at any time by the City of Arroyo
Grande or its designee;
NOW, TtiEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises as
follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the following
described real property located within the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State cf California:
Lots 5, 6 and 7 of Tract No. 1132, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map
recorded Uecember 10, 1986 in Book 13, Paye 68 of Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.
2. That said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in
perpetuity offer to such governmental entity a dedication of the
interests described as follows:
A Class B Drainage Easement over a strip of land 5.00 feet
in width within said Lots 5, 6 and 7, westerly of, adjacent to,
and parallel with the existing 15.00 foot wide Class B Drainage
Easement as Shown on the easterly tract boundary of said Lots 5,
6, and 7 of said Tract Map.
3. That said Offeror agrees that said offer of dedication
shall be irrevocable and that such a governmental entity may, at
any time in the future, accept said offer of dedication.

4. That said Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and
perpetual Offer to Dedicate is and shall be binding on its heirs,
legatees, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer to
Dedicate is hereby executed by �he said Offeror effective on the ;

City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to map recorded December 10, 1986, in
Book 13, Page 68 of maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, described as follows:
An additional Class B strip of land 5.00 feet wide within
said Lot 5, 6 and 7, Westerly, adjacent to and parallel with the
15.00 foot Class B Drainage Easement as shown on the Easterly
