by any governmental entity which has the power to establish, construct and maintain
roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the following interest described below:
Fee Lill.e in LoC 62 of Che Jones TracC, in Che City of Arroyo Grande,
Coun�y of San Luis Obispo, California, according to the map filed in Book 3
of Maps aC Page 86.
2. Tha' said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in per�etui*_y effer to such
governmental entity a dedication of a puUlic right-of-ivay for road purposes and in-
cidental uses upon the following described property:

3. That until such time as the above offer to dedication is accepted by such a
government entity, all owners of property contiguous to the above described road parcel
shall have the right to the use of said road parcel as a private road.
� 4. That said Offeror agrees that said offer to dedication shall be irrevocable
and that such a government entity may, at any time in the future, accept and offer
of dedication of the public right-of-way.

is and shall be binding on his heirs, legatees and assignees.

Description
That Por[ion of Lot 62 of the Jones Tract, in �he City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, California, according to the
map filed in Map Book 3 at Page 86, records of said County, lying
northeasterly of the following described line:
neginning at the most easterly corner of said LoC; thence, based
on the northeast line of said Lot bearing N 33 07' W, northwesterly
along a tangent curve Co the left wich a radius of 104.00 feet through
an angle of 13� 14' OS" a distance of 24.02 feet; thence N 43� 38'
55" W 26.88 feet, more or less, to the nor[hwest line of said Lot;
containing 119 square feet, more or less.
