Recorder of said County, and that portion of Lots 26 and 56 of the resubdivision of a oart
of the Ranchos Corral De Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa De Chemisal, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obisoo, State of California, according to the map recorded Piovember 11,
1886 in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginnning at a point in the southerly right-of-way line of Tally Ho Road, �
said point being a 1-inch (1") iron pipe and shown as Point H-2 in Book 2,
Page 64 of Licensed Surveys Maps, recorded in the County Recorder's office
of San Luis Obispo, State of California;
Thence leaving said southerly right-of-way line of Tally Ho Road, south
37° 09'00" east, 59.89 feet;
Thence north 55° 45'00" west, 57.88 feet to a point along the southerly
right-of-way line of Tally No Road;
Thence north 37° 36'00" east, 19.12 feet along said southerly right-of-way
line of Tally Ho Road to the point of beginning, containing 0.013 acre, more
or less.
