William E. Lackey and Fleeta M. Lackey as Grantor and the City of Arroyo Grande, a
municipal corporation in the State of California as Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
THAT GRANTOR, for good and valuable consideration does hereby grant to Grantee
the perpetual and exclusive right to this surface and sub-surface easement to
construct, install, operate, maintain and repair roads, sewer lines, waterlines,
sidewalks across, through and under the following described real property in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by this reference.
Together with all rights necessary, covenant or incidental thereto, across,
through and under said real property of Grantor for the construction, installation,
operation, maintenance and repair of said road, waterline, sewerline and sidewalks.

Cortmencing at an iron pin in concrete, said iron pin being the most
southeasterly corner of Parcel One of Parcel map A.G. 76-451 per Book 21, Page 20
of Parcel Maps and Book 41 Page 73 of Record of Surveys of Records of San Luis
Obispo County:
thence North 29° 17" 31" East 818.92 feet to a County Surveyor Monument, said
monument being the Northeast corner of Parcel One per Book 21, Page 20 of Parcel
