GRANT OF EASEMENT

William E. Lackey and Fteeta M. Lackey as Grantor and the City of Arroyo Grande, a
municipal corporation in the State of California as Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
THAT GRANTOR, for good and valuable consideration does hereby grant to 6rantee
the perpetual and exclusive right to this surface and sub-surface easement to
construct, install, operate, maintain and repair roads, sewer lines, waterlines,
sidewalks across, through and under the following described real property in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by this reference.
Together with all rights necessary, covenant or incidental thereto, across,
through and under said real property of Grantor for the construction, installation,
operation, maintenance and repair of said road, waterline, sewerline and sidewalks.

Commencing at an iron pin in concrete at the U.S. 101
(V-SLO-2-ArGd? right-of-way� said pin being the most southerly
corner of Parcel One of Parcel Map A.G. 76-451 as shown on Book
21, Page 20 Parcel Maps and the TRUE POINT of BEGINNING.
