GRANT OF SLOPE EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, and entered into this Z$� day �c,tN2. ,
1988 by and between Midcoast Land Company, Inc., Don E. McHaney Realty, Inc.,
William E. Lackey and Fleeta M. Lackey as Grantor and the City of Arroyo Grande, a
municipal corporation in the State of California as Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
THAT Grantor, for good and valuable consideration does hereby grant to Grantee
the perpetual and exclusive right to alter the existing topography by addition or
removal of soils across, under and over the following described real property in
the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by this reference.
Together with all rights necessary, covenant or incidental thereto, across,
through and under said real property of Grantor for the construction, installation,
operation, maintenance and repair of said road, waterline, sewerline and sidewalks.
