Exhibit "A"
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying southwesterly of the
following described line:
A portion of lot 1 of Tract 1513 recorded in book 14 at page
97 of maps in the recorders office of San Luis Obispo County,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8" rebar and cap RCE 31581 set at the most
easterly corner of lot 1 of said Tract 1513, said point being
N 34° 24' 00" W, 52.70 feet from the most easterly corner of
Tract 1513; thence N 34 ° 24' 00" W along the southeasterly
boundary of lot 1 a distance of 344.4 feet.
The side line of the herein above described 10 foot wide
easment shall be lengthened and or shortened to intersect
property boundaries.
