Drainage Easement
PARCEL 1: A 15.00 foot wide strip of land over and across portions
of the LePoint Addition to the Town of Arroyo Grande, according to
the map filed in Book B of Maps at Page 7, and Lot 56 of Harris'
Resubdivision of part of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra and Bolsa de
Chemisal, according to the map filed in Book A of Maps at Page 63,
the southerly line of said strip being described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerlines of Corbett Canyon
Road (State Highway 227) and Wildwood Drive, shown as a brass cap
monument in well on the map of Tract 741, filed in Book 11 of Maps
at Page 52; thence, along the extension of said Wildwood Drive
S 74 11' 00" W 30.00 feet to the westerly line of said Corbett
Canyon Road, being also the easterly line of Lot 6, Block D, of
said LePoint Addition; thence, along last said line N 15� 49' 00" W
14.71 feet to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 6 and the
True Point of Beginning; thence, along the northeasterly line of
Lot D and Lots 11, 12 and 13 in Block B of said LePoint Addition,
N 42 53' 33" W 206.25 feet to the most northerly corner of said
Lot 13; thence, along the northeasterly line of Lot 14 in said
Block B, N 53 19' 50" W 155.03 feet to the northeasterly corner
of said Lot 14; thence, N 53 19� 50" W 43.02 feet to the north
line of said LePoint Addition and the south line of said Lot 56;
thence, N 53 19' 50�� W 6.98 feet to a point that bears
N 53 19� 50" W 50.00 feet from the northeasterly corner of said
Lot 14; thence, N 77 59' 30" W 151.42 feet to a point on the
easterly line of the former Pacific Coast Railroad right of way
and the most southerly corner of the land described in the deed
to R. D. Store and Helen Stone recorded December 15, 1971, in
Volume 1644 of Official Records at Page 638; the northerly line
of said strip to be extended or shortened to meet at angle points
and to terminate in said easterly line of the Railroad and to also
terminate in the said westerly line of Corbett Canyon Road.
