Sewer Easement

A 15.00 foot wide strip of land over and across portions of the
LePoint Addition, according to the map filed in Book B of N,aps at
Page 7, and Lot 56 of Harris' Resubdivision of a part of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra and Bolsa de Chemisal, according to the map filed
November 14, 1886, in Book A of Maps at Page 6, the centerline of
said strip being described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerlines of Corbett Canyon
Road (State Highway 227) and Wildwood Drive, shown as a brass cap
monument in well on the map of Tract 741, filed in Book 11 of Maps
at Page 52; thence, along the extension of said Wildwood Drive
S 74 11' 00" W 30.00 feet to the westerly line of said Corbett
Canyon Road, being also the easterly line of Lot 6 in Block D of
said LePoint Addition; thence, along last said line S 15 49' 00" E
11.09 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence, N 75 48' S9" W
39.58 feet; thence, N 36 04' 32" W 187.28 feet; thence, N55 26' 00" W
182.39 feet; thence, N 0 51' 34" W 29.32 feet, to the north line of
said LePoint Addition and the south line of said Lot 56; thence,
N 0 51' 34" W 160.90 feet to an existing sewer manhole within an
existing 15.00 foot wide sewer easement recorded May 17, 1973, in
Volume 1724 of Official Records at Page 742; the sidelines of said
strip to be extended or shortened to meet at angle points,and to
terminate in said easterly line of Lot 6 and in the side lines of
said existing sewer easement.
