Heginning at a point on the.aenterline of Brisco Road, distant thereon
S 56 49' 30^ W 225.00 feet from a brass cap monument in well at inter-
section of the centerlines of Brisco Road and Linda Drive, as shown on
the map of Tract No. 202 filed in Map Book 6 at Page 57; thence,
N 33 10' 30" W 68.00 feet� thence, N 61 30� OO�� W 110.00feet; thence,
