Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet in width, five feet on either side of
the following described centerline:
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly Tract Boundary of
said tract 1390 with the southerly right-of-way line of James
Way as shown on said Tract map. Thence easterly, along said
right-of-way line South 73 58'31" East, a distance of 5.21 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence leaving said
right-of-way line along the following courses:

feet to a point, said point being 15.00 feet, as measured
at right angles, from the westerly boundary of said Lot
182;
And a strip of land 15.00 feet wide lying adjacent to and
easterly of the westerly line of said Tract 1390, the
northeasterly end of said strip terminating at the terminus of
the northerly line of the previously described 10 foot strip of
land, the southwesterly end of said strip of land terminating at
the northerly line of the existing drainage easement shown on
the map of said tract 1390 and located on lot 182.
