replacement of a water main and appurtenances over a portion of
Lot B, Tract 1390, as recorder in Book 14 of Maps at Page 73, in
the office of the Clerk-Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo.
Said easement being located in the City of Arroyo Grande,
California.
Beginning at the intersection of Grace Lane and Rodeo Drive,
formerly oak Tree Place and Oak Country Road respectively;
Thence, along the center line or Rodeo Drive, North 38 32'
18" West a distance of 26.00 feet;
Thence, leaving said centerline South 51 27' 42" West a
distance of 26.00 feet to the intersection of the right-of-way
of Rodeo Drive and the northerly line of the 52.00 foot wide
water line and drainage easement as shown on said map;
Thence along said northerly line South 67 45' 52" West a
