Town of Arroyo Grande, according to the roap filed in the Book B of Maps
at Page 7 of Paz�cel Maps in the office of the San Luis Obispo County
Recorder.
B. Leslie VandeWalle, C.lzrtis VandeWalle, John Vial and Deborah
Vial are the owners of that property at 205 Corbett C�yon, Arroyo
Grande, California; also lmown as Lot 8, Block D. of the LePoint
Addition to the Town of Arroyo Grande, according to the map filed in the
Book B of Maps at Page 7 of Parcel Maps in the office of the San Luis
Obispo County Recorder.

Leslie VandeWalle, Glartis VandeWalle, John Vial and Deborah Vial
do hereby �ant an easement for a corm�on driveway and drainage over the
area referred to as Easeroent #2 as shown and described on attached

2. The parties understand that the City of Arroyo Grande cannot
regulate vehicle usage or hazards upon said cocm�on driveway and agree
jointly and individually, to defend and hold the City of Arroyo Grande
harmless from all claims £or daroages or liabilities arising £rom the
alleged £ailure o£ the City of Arroyo Grande to regulate vehicles or to
provide protection from hazards upon said driveway.
3. The parties agree to provide perpetual roaintenance and repair
of all parts of the comnon-access driveway.
4.The parties a�nee that parking on the comroonly used portions of
the driveway is prohibited.
5. The parties understand that they may use vehicle rem�ving
authority granted private property owners in Section 22658 of the
California Vehicle Code when ar�y vehi,cle is parked in the common-access
driveway so as to imnede, restrict, or prevent entry or access to a
parcel served thereby.
6. The parties agree that this easement is superior and paramount

so created, and that it is a covenant nanning with the land.
