as "Grantor", and the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter referred to as"City";

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt and sufficiently of which aze hereby
acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants in fee to City that certain real prope�ty situate in the City of
Arroyo Grande, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" and shown g�aphically for reference
on Exhibit "B" all of which aze attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Offer of Dedication for Tally Ho Road

That portion of the following described strip lying within that portion of Lot 26 of the Rancho
Corral de Piedra, Pismo, and Bolsa de Chamisal as shown on the map filed in Book A of Maps
at page 63, in the County Recorder's Office of San Luis Obispo County, in the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as described in Book 1598 of Official
Records at Page 406 recorded in said County Recorder's Office:
Beginning at the most easterly comer of said Parcel A, as shown on said map; thence along
the northerly line thereof, north 55°30' west 12.50 feet; thence south 37°36' west 80.00 feet, to
the southerly line of the property described in the document recorded in Book 1598 of Official
Records, at Page 406 in the County Recorder's Office of said County; thence along said
southerly line south 55°30' east 12.50 feet, to the northerly right-of-way of Tally Ho Road, as
shown on said map; thence along said northerly right-of-way north 37°36' east 80.00 feet, to
the True Point of Beginning.
The above described parcel is graphically shown on attached Exhibit "B" and made a part
hereof.
