of the State of California., party of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), lawful money of the United
States of America, and in consideration of the eonstruction and
maintenance of a public conduit over tne premises hereinafter
described, do by these presents grant and convey unto the said
party of the second part the right of way and incidents thereto
for a public conduit and/or drainage ditch over that certain real
property situated in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
_ California, described as follows, to wit:
All that part of Lots 17 & 18 of the Resubdivision of pa.rts of
the Rancho4 Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, San liuis
Obispo County, California, and filed for record in Book A of Maps
at Page 63, San Luis Obispo County Records and more particularly
described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at a point in Lot 17 of the Resubdivision of a part
of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de �hem3sal, said
point being distant South 9 Fast 59.67 feet from a point on the
Northerl� line of said Lot 17 which said point is distant thereon
North 81 00 East 30.14 feet frbm S. 69 the Northwest corner oP
said Lot 17, as shown on the official map of said Resubdivision
of the Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal; thence
running from said point of beginning South 9" 00� East 23.R2_feet to
a point; thence South 48 06� West 113.15 feet across a portion of
said I,ot 17 to a point in Lot 18 of said Resubdivisions and on the
Easterl�y line of Clarence Avenue in the City of Arroyo Grande; thence
North 9 00+ V�est 23.82 feet along the said Easterly line oP Clarence
Anenue to a point; thence leaving said Street line and running
North 48" 06� East 113.15 Peet across a portion of said Lot 18 and 17
to the �oint of beginning.
