PHIS AGREF1VtENT, entered into this 6 day of
August ,1948, by a.nd between William C. Notts & Irene N. Notts
Hereinafter designated as the GRANTOR, and the City of Arroyo Grande,
a municipal corporation, hereinafter designated as the GRANTEE,
WITT?ESSETH:
That the GRANTOR in consideration of the sum of ( $ L.00) One
Dollar does hereby grant to the GRANTEE, a right of way over the
hereinafter described real property for the following purposes,
to wit:
The installation,operation,maintenance and repair of water lines.
The property over which said right of way is herewith granted is
described as follows;to wit:
A strip of land 10 feet wide along the S~'7LY line of the property
of t9illiam C. & Irene M.Motta as said property is described in that
certain deed from J.R.N~ithrow et ux to R~m.C. do Irene M.Motta dated
April 8,1944 and recorded in Vol.j4'J page 486 of Official Records,
San Luis Obispo County,California and being a portion of Lot 9 of
Newsom Sous. ~,/ ~

On this sixth day of August in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fortyeight
before me W. ~. Filer a Notary Public in and for said county personally appeared
Mr. William C. ldotta and Mrs. Irene N. gotta known to me to be the persons whose
names are subscribed to the within instrument, and acknowledged to me that they
executed the same.
