hereinafter designated as the GRANTORS and the City of Arroyo Grande
a municipal corporations hereinafter designated as the C~lANTEE~
WITNESSETH:
That the GRANTOR in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) One Dollar
does hereby grant to the GRANTEES aright of way over the hereinafter
described real property for the following purposely to wit:
The installation~operation~maintenance and repair of water line.
The property over which said right of way is herewith granted is
described as follows to wit:
A strip of land 10 feet wide along the NP7LY line of the land of
R.U.and Evia Bell yas daid:,land is described in that certain deed
from A.C.and Annie BVheat to R.U.and Evia Bell dated August '71944
and recorded in Vo1.366 at page 121 of Official Records~San Luis `._
Obispo County~State of California and being a portion of Lot 6 of
the Newsom Suba.
